Drinking water
Urbanization, climate changes, water scarcity and economic development will affect where water will be available in the future and where concentrated amounts of water will be required to meet the needs of large populations. The United Nations projects that two-thirds of the world’s population will live in areas that face water scarcity by 2025.
“Historically we’ve tried to go to groundwater sources, such as a well, to initiate improved water sources, but there’s a very finite capacity in groundwater,” “We have to work much harder to make ocean or surface waters safe.”
With Dutch Rainmaker, the clean water needed can easily be supplied every day at no cost at all. And more important, there is no limit.

Water usage
"Water"
by Sir Alan Herbert
The rain is plenteous but, by God's decree,
Only a third is meant for you and me;
Two-thirds are taken by the growing things
Or vanish Heavenward on vapour's wings:
Nor does it mathematically fall
With social equity on one and all.
The population's habit is to grow
In every region where the water's low:
Nature is blamed for failings that are Man's,
And well-run rivers have to change their plans.

"The water that I use personally is collected in a concrete tank. It is rainwater, which is directed into the tank by gutters. I filter the water, then boil it before I drink it. I use the rainwater directly from the tank just to wash dishes and clothes.
Most of the people in my location cannot afford a water catchment system (gutters and storage jar or tank), so they use the water from the rivers, streams, springs, and dams. As a result of not boiling the water before they drink it, there are many cases of waterborne diseases. During the dry season (December through March), my tank was also dry. I had used all the water, and there were no rains to fill it. I used a wheelbarrow to transport the 20-liter containers of water from the nearby dam. I could not carry the container on my head, as the women do!"
Stories like this are heard everywhere in Africa. An air to water system from Dutch Rainmaker is enough to produce water for an entire village. Please contact us for special programs if you are a government representative.
